Surabaya – Advisor TKN Prabowo – Gibran, Mochamad Iriawan or better known as Iwan Bule, attended the declaration of support from the Paguyuban Purnawirawan POLRI (PP POLRI) at the Mercure Grand Mirama Hotel, Surabaya, East Java, on Monday (8/1/2024).
The declaration of support for Prabowo – Gibran was made by approximately 700 members of PP POLRI East Java, consisting of PP POLRI Surabaya, Malang, Jember, Kediri, Madiun, and Madura.
Not only declaring their support, representatives of PP POLRI from all over East Java signed the declaration as a form of their commitment to support Mr. Prabowo – Gibran as President and Vice President from 2024 onwards, which Iwan Bule also signed.
“Thank you to my friends who are also retired POLRI members for their support for Mr. Prabowo and Gibran. This is certainly a pride for us because last night when I met with Mr. Prabowo, he was touched by the support given by the PP POLRI friends,” said Iwan Bule to the media.
The declaration of PP POLRI East Java states the commitment to support the presidential and vice presidential candidates Prabowo – Gibran in the 2024 elections. They also stated their loyalty to the presidential and vice presidential candidates Prabowo – Gibran and will not be influenced by invitations from other candidates. They are ready to accompany and win the Prabowo – Gibran presidential and vice presidential candidates in the East Java region.
“This is a significant boost to the stigma because there are many retirees, especially from the police and the military, and this will be a pioneer. God willing, I am sure that other regions will do the same because all elements understand that we must truly choose leaders who are truly sincere to the people and have an extraordinary vision and mission that will prosper Indonesia,” he added.
After the declaration in his political speech, Iwan Bule emphasized that when Prabowo becomes the 8th President of the Republic of Indonesia, the POLRI institution will still be under the President. “It is clear that POLRI will still be directly under the President, even last night during the presidential debate, Mr. Prabowo affirmed that, so my friends don’t need to worry about rumors that it will no longer be under the President,” said Iwan Bule.
In addition, Iwan Bule explained concrete things related to the Prabowo – Gibran candidate pair, their vision and mission which in the future will ensure the welfare of the people, the economy, and also issues related to downstreaming. (SENOPATI)
