Jakarta — One of the students benefiting from the Free Nutritious Meals program has written a letter to Indonesia’s President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka. This was revealed through an Instagram post by Gibran on his official account, @Gibran_rakabuming, on Wednesday (Oct. 23).
In the post, Hanif Mummtaz, an elementary school student, shared that the letter was written specifically to offer prayers for the two leaders.
“I hope Mr. Prabowo and Mr. Gibran stay healthy,” he said with a smile.
After offering his prayer, Hanif resumed eating his free nutritious meal. When asked if he liked the food, he quickly responded, “It’s delicious,” while continuing to chew.
In a separate post on Thursday (Oct. 24), Gibran visited another school benefiting from the program, SMP Negeri 270 Jakarta. The meal served included fried chicken, tempeh, stir-fried long beans, white rice, and fruit.
“Following the directive of President @Prabowo, ensuring nutritious meals from an early age is a crucial and vital program for the nation’s future. It will boost students’ concentration and overall health,” Gibran wrote. (RR)
