Prabowo Subianto, the President of Indonesia, was present at the 2025 Indonesian Science, Technology, and Industry Convention (KSTI) held at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). The event, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemdiktisaintek) in collaboration with ITB, saw President Prabowo visiting various exhibition booths, including the “Flagship Research Products” booth from Padjadjaran University, showcasing innovative technologies like VR Dental Hypnosis and VR for Nurses. Following the exhibition tour, President Prabowo addressed the audience in the Sabuga Hall under the theme “Science and Technology for Economic Growth and Equity,” emphasizing the role of research, science, and technological innovation in national economic transformation towards Golden Indonesia 2045. KSTI 2025 also highlighted exhibitions from key sectors such as energy, defense, digitalization, healthcare, and more, reflecting the government’s commitment to advancing Indonesia’s technological and industrial landscape.
